I was checking out some info on my support Facebook page the other day and came across an interesting LIVE video. These lovely European demonstrators were doing a live video in three languages! English, French & German. I watched and learned a new technique! Always Learning Always Growing…that is a great motto.
So here’s what I learned. To give your images some depth, use your stampin’ write markers or daubers. I took their information and passed it along in my Live FB Technique Tuesday video.
Basically, ink your image in the lightest color, then use your markers or daubers to dot in more colors to the image. In this case, I used Lovely as a Tree and Rooted in Nature trees. Lovely as a Tree is being retired after 30 years of service in our annual catalog. That is almost as long as the company has been around (31 yrs). Rooted in Nature will be taking the place for your basic tree needs and hopefully will be around for a very long time as well. both sets are wonderfully versatile, seasonal and scenery use.
Check out my video and here are the measurements I used for the two cards. See the list of supplies below.
card bases are 8 1/2″x 5 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″, the designer paper is 5 1/4″x4″ & 1″x5 1/4″ and the whisper white card stock is 4″x2 3/4″ for the front and 5 1/4″x4 for the inside.
Thanks for watching & get your stamp on!
