You can use Any Die Cutting & Embossing Machine you want!  That’s right use a Big Shot, Cuttle Bug, Gemini, Spellbinder, or Vagabond to name a few.  Stampin’ Up! will no longer be carrying the Big Shot in the 2019-2020 Annual Catalog, and yes, it is sad.  But it opens a whole new world for us demonstrators. 

Think about your clients that are fighting arthritis, carpel tunnel, or tendonitis, etc.  You can recommend an electric machine like the Vagabond or Gemini.  For those clients with limited space, there is the Cuttle Bug or Gemini jr. 

Most of our dies and embossing folders work in any one of the above and many more Die Cutting Machines.  I know that all of our dies will work in any one of the machines listed.  We have a few embossing folders that are too big for the Cuttle Bug and Gemini jr., but there are other ways to work with those folders. 

If you have a folder too big for the Cuttle Bug or Gemini jr., you can use a rolling pin (like you roll dough with) to emboss your card stock!  It take a little muscle, but it can be done.  Personally, I would try to find a marble or granite rolling pin, they have the weight, to make it easier on the muscles!

So, there you have it, alternate ideas to die cutting and embossing!
